Jack Roseman, glass artist, set his goal to create a composition that lifts the spirits and brings a feeling of joy and well being to the viewer. He likes to think of himself as a visual alchemist bringing many diverse and exotic elements together to create new and magical talismans.

His originals designs bring stain-glass artwork to a new level. Don't miss this show of extraordinary color.

Home, Hearth and the Texas Courthouse
September 21 & 22
Join us as we travel down back roads and major highways to discover Texas architecture.  From the 1852 John Stiehl house in La Grange, a fachwerk structure of handmade bricks, to American architect Philip Johnson's skyscraper in downtown Houston - the way we live and interact with the world around us has been influenced by architecture.  Our four distinguished guest speakers will look at ways that architecture engages such social constructs as class identity, cultural distinction, regional differentiation and the impact of political, cultural, and economic forces on the courthouse and other important public buildings.
